We started Harborline
because coffee shops got boring.
In 2017, we opened in a converted warehouse on NW 14th because every cafe in town had started to feel the same: the same beige walls, the same playlist, the same espresso shot.
We wanted a place that felt like your favorite friend's kitchen. Where the barista remembers your order. Where the beans were roasted four days ago, not four months ago. Where the hours are weird because we stop serving when the light gets bad.
Seven years in, we're still here. Still small. Still roasting weekly. Still stopping the espresso machine when the light gets bad.
